The Bulgarian Food Agency (BFA) suspended the activity of a company that produced a kozunak with a battery. The goatskin was bought from a large supermarket in the capital, BNT reported.
After receiving the signal, the BABH and the inspectors from the Sofia-city ODBH stopped the sale of the affected lot in all the sites of the commercial chain.
Today the experts from ODBH Montana have carried out an inspection at the production facility, from where the kozunaks are delivered to the commercial chain in the city of Sofia. 2 acts were drawn up to establish an administrative violation, and the manufacturer's activity was stopped immediately.
Quantities withdrawn from sale are directed for destruction.
BABH calls on citizens, upon finding violations, to immediately report to the Hotline – 0700 122 99 and through the online form of the site.
